Dry hire refers to equipment-only rental. Unless expressly stated in writing, dry hire does not include labor, laser operators, technicians, laser safety officers, setup, programming, show operation, design, rehearsals, safety oversight, regulatory approvals, permits, insurance, transportation, rigging, power distribution, networking infrastructure, or consumables. The client assumes full responsibility for proper installation, operation, regulatory compliance, and safety, including any required approvals or variance filings. Equipment is provided tested and functional at dispatch only, and the client is responsible for loss, theft, damage, misuse, abnormal wear, or downtime from pickup to return.
Prior to gear release client must provide the following:
1. Certificate of insurance
2. Copy of valid driver's license
3. Prepaid deposit
4. Variance*
*Valid laser show variance required for all laser show rentals
